Welcome To The Lab
A little experimenting. A lot of self-discovery.
When she knows deep down that her value is unshakeable — that she is worthy and whole and deserving of respect no matter what she does or achieves — she is more likely to take risks, learn from her mistakes, and lift others up along the way.
Mistakes stop being something to fear and become something to learn from. Nerves stop feeling like a roadblock and start feeling like preparation. She learns to trust her practice, her training, and her own ability — because they’re what got her here in the first place. Even her inner critic can become useful: a voice that helps her lock in, pay attention, and stay sharp, instead of one that holds her back.
Healthy self-esteem means her value is never in question — so there is space for mistakes, nerves, and everything else that comes with trying. This is why I have created The Lab: a space for teen girls to strengthen their sense of self, feel the power of their own potential, and head back out into the world ready to make things happen.

A science lab is where you make sense of things. It’s where old knowledge meets new information. It’s a space to test theories, identify variables, make observations, and move forward with real evidence. It’s playful and messy, yet organized and structured. Will we actually be in a science lab? No. Will we do all of these things? You bet. Lab coats, gloves, and goggles are optional…
The three consecutive sessions are typically held on the weekends. If you would prefer weekdays, just let me know. I will use the form below to organize the girls into groups based on their availability and preferences.
