- 2 live group coaching calls per month (6 total, over zoom)

*Group coaching calls are scheduled twice a month, at 8:30 AM EST. Need to miss one? That’s ok! They’re recorded, so you can access them later.
**Groups are organized in cohorts. When you join, you’ll be grouped according to the month your group begins.

- how to talk about bodies and food (in order to raise happy, healthy, confident kids)
- how to approach family nutrition with less stress
- emotions and what to do with them
- achievement culture (how does this show up + the messages we might be sending our kids)
- how to navigate puberty (what’s really going on in their bodies + how we can help)
How is it organized?
- I’ll present information to the group that we can dive into together during our live calls. You’ll have time to ask questions, share your thoughts, and listen to the experiences of others.
- I’ll send tangible guides and practical tools right to your inbox. You can head to our private Facebook group to chat about it all in between calls.
- I’ll email about once a month to check-in.
